A lifelong Angeleno, Sela grew up in the Pacific Palisades with her family and currently resides in Brentwood. Her admiration for real estate became evident as a child, as she eagerly spent many Sundays strolling through her neighborhood in search of open houses. But before starting her formal real estate career, Sela graduated with honors from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, where she studied both marketing and real estate. Now, with Maurice & Rustad, she applies her historic passion for homes and how people live in them, with an academic background and her real estate sales license experience, to her position as the lead marketing director for the team.
Sela crafts impactful campaigns that display a narrative, immersing potential buyers in the experience of exploring clients’ homes. She consistently highlights the most salient and dynamic features through print and digital media, using her clear and creative style to find the perfect lens for each listing. This approach not only fosters enthusiasm but also translates into in-person viewings, offers, and ultimately, successful property sales for clients.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Sela enjoys fashion, food, pilates, and spending time with her friends and family. When not working, she can often be found at the beach, accompanied by her two dogs, Frodrick and Smore.
