In the first half of 2019, the median sold price on the Wilshire Corridor increased from $1.15M to $1.32M, a $170k increase when compared to the same period a year prior! The median price per square foot increased to $742/ppsf, a $32 jump.  The number of condos sold dropped from 79 to 74, and the median days on market saw a large decrease, from 46 to 36 days. Two bedroom condos made up 50% of sales, with 1 bedrooms at 28% and 3 bedrooms at 22%.
