Subsequently, he served as Vice President, Legal Affairs, for 20th Century Fox Film Corporation. Peter left the practice of law to pursue his true passion: real estate. Married for more than 23 years to his wife Megan, an Endodontist and proud UCLA and USC alum with whom he has three daughters, Tregg is an avid surfer, dog lover, beekeeper, and weekend gardener. David holds the unique position of both Associate Agent and Operations Director for the Maurice-Rustad Team. He has been a California licensed real estate agent, commencing his career in marketing/sales, with over 15 years experience. His continued success comes from his personal and professional relationships with both his and our clients. His passion for business mixed with his personable style allows him to think outside the box and continue to understand the needs of his clients before they ever know.
With commensurate experience as a professional photographer, Mr. Tamburo personally has handled all aesthetic aspects of the photography process, allowing him to bring his mindfulness of attention to detail into selling and buying homes. David is also the architectural photographer for the Maurice-Rustad team. His artful presentation of homes evokes the essence of what is, essentially, an emotional engagement of prospective buyers (and agents) viewing the Team’s listings. Jose Ponce comes to the team with deep and varied marketing experience, a consistent interest and passion, originating from his high school days when he secured a summer job in a residential real estate office in the San Diego area. Concurrently, he was creating advertisements for local businesses so they could be featured in the school newspaper.
Later, at UCLA he designed marketing materials for a division of the university’s Business & Finance Solutions department, including newspaper advertisements and booklets, which reached thousands of fellow students, faculty and staff.
With his BA from UCLA, Jose worked in marketing for a commercial real estate firm in Los Angeles, creating custom, high-quality collateral for the agents on the team, with an unusual sensitivity to creating compelling graphics to highlighting key features and best sales attributes of property. He also spearheaded digital marketing efforts which led to new clients for the firm, and sales for scores of commercial properties in Southern California.
A freelance stint followed, including marketing design for high-end furniture and glass manufacturers based in Italy, Germany, USA and Canada, and for a Westside entertainment company, where he was responsible for generating $20MM in sales.
Following other positions as lead residential sales marketing director, Jose now draws on all these experiences and different exposures to provide Maurice & Rustad with fresh ideas that crystalize what is special about every property listing. A positive, energetic and collaborative spirit differentiates Jose’s work, and curiosity leads to a thoughtful and innovative marketing program that allows every client’s property to shine.
During his spare time, Jose enjoys running, trying new restaurants, creating websites, and trivia. On most weekends, you can find him on a trail training for his next marathon.
