Jackie Kalinowski was born and raised by the beach in Santa Monica. A career in real estate was something she visualized herself pursuing from a young age. She accompanied her father—an accomplished tile contractor—on various job sites across their favorite city of Los Angeles. This is when she developed a deep appreciation for the city's architecture and the art of transforming spaces into something truly beautiful.
With a natural ability to connect with people, Jackie pursued a BA in Science Education with an emphasis in Chemistry at Cal State University Chico, and a teaching credential at Cal State University Long Beach. After exploring a career in teaching, she felt drawn to the same entrepreneurial spirit that inspired her father, leading her to transition into the world of real estate.
For Jackie, real estate is more than just buying or selling a home—it’s about laying the foundation for the life her clients are creating, whether they’re growing their family, shifting careers, or savoring the rewards of their hard work. This is why she is passionate about making this next chapter as seamless and meaningful as possible.
Jackie brings strong organizational skills to simplify processes, sharp discernment to provide thoughtful guidance, and a focused approach to cut through the noise, helping her clients move forward with clarity and confidence. Outside of real estate, Jackie finds the most joy in spending time with loved ones. She enjoys exploring the city, taking walks in the sunshine, trying new restaurants, cooking both new dishes and old favorites, playing games, chatting with friends, tending to her plants, and learning to identify different bird species—along with all the little things that allow her to continuously create the life she wants to live.
