Property reconditioning is an integral part of preparing a home for market. Maurice & Rustad brings over 58+ combined years of home staging, home development / construction, and architectural / interior design experience to help maximize profits and shorten the amount of time it takes to sell. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to set the tone of your property by turning your home into an exciting property buyers want to own. Sometimes this only requires relocating furniture, art, and accessories from around your home, and other times it includes a modest remodel. The reconditioning process begins with a consultation and a walk-through of your house. You can follow the guidelines that we give you in the consultation and do your own staging, or have our team and staging partner handle everything for you.
